How Electronix Systems Central Station Alarms, Inc. handles what you send through the forms on this site.

What we collect

Only what you type or upload into a form: for example your name, contact details, account information, files you attach and, where a form asks for one, your signature. With each submission we also record the date and time, your IP address and the country it appears to come from, to help prevent abuse.

How we use it

Your submission is emailed to our staff so we can handle your request, set up or service your account, and keep our business records. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

What this site keeps

Nothing, normally. Submissions are not saved on this website: they go straight to our email. If the email can't be delivered right away, the submission is held in encrypted form only until it is delivered, normally within a few days, and is then deleted from this site. Once it reaches us, we keep it as part of our normal business records.

Companies that help us run the forms

Cloudflare hosts the site and runs its spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile), which looks at your browser to confirm you're a person. Mailgun delivers the emails. They handle your information only to provide these services to us.

Cookies

The public forms don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare's spam check may use technical data from your browser for security.
